There are 7 videos in total, plus an introduction and an ending video. You can watch all the videos back to back if you want, but I really recommend spreading them out, perhaps just 1 every few days so you have time to absorb and practice some of the advice and tips.

Under each video you'll find some questions to complete either by yourself or with a partner. So make sure you've got a pen and some paper with you, so you can take time to reflect on each question. There are also a number of downloadable resources to help support the videos and printing these off in advance can help you get the most out of each lecture.
